NEW! Weekly Saturday Shadow Level 3 Class starts Saturday, May 3rd, 7am - 8am.
At North Williams Shala. Previous shadow experience required, or with instructor permission. Due to the growing success of the 6am Level 3 classes, we are proud to offer a Saturday Level 3 class at 7am. Level 3 is a personalized asana class where participants work the prelude activity on their own and are then assisted with their assigned asanas. The Saturday class cannot be used as a makeup for a missed weekday immersion class. The pricing is as follows: $12 for drop in, $40/month, or $200 if you sign up for the Saturday practice along with the weekday immersion. This is truly a unique opportunity to deepen your practice and we are happy to see it grow.
