Kids Yoga for 6-12 Year Olds
A playful class for kids encouraging creativity and self expression. Children will strengthen their bodies, and work to increase flexibility and coordination. This class will begin to teach breathing and relaxation techniques that will help children to focus and relax.
As well, children will have plenty of opportunities to release some energy through group games and even some dance movement.
Most of all it will be a fun filled introduction to yoga!

Teen Yoga for 13-17 Year Olds
With all the demands that youth experience throughout their busy lives, the movement and meditation inherently experienced through the practice of yoga can provide teens with great skills to relieve and manage stress. In this class teens will not only strengthen the body, but will also learn through yoga how to more deeply connect to the mind and spirit. Yoga for teens is a great way to clear the mind and create peace and balance, as well as providing a non-competitive environment that allows for growth and success. They will practice asanas, meditation, and pranayama, always working to maintain physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Family Yoga
The family yoga class is a unique experience where parent and child can share their yoga practice together, in a fun-filled, energetic and mind-inspiring class. Learn to connect breath with body and mind, building awareness of our own body’s abilities and sensations. We’ll take what we see in life and use that for inspiration through postures and play. Become animals and other beings of nature and life through fun yoga poses.
Age four and older is recommended for attention skills and following directions. Both parents and children will find challenge and interest. Any combination of family welcome. Wear clothing you can move and stretch in and bare feet.
