Shadow 1
For beginning students (0 to 3 months) who are new to yoga or to the shadow practice. Learn the essentials of the basic standing forms. Learn the basics of breathing, strengthen the joints and muscles, and open up the vital points/pathways of the body.
Shadow 2
An ongoing class for those who have learned the basics of the standing forms. For students with some experience of the shadow forms. Go deeper into the standing forms, learn the asana portions of the shadow sequences and fine tune the practice.
Shadow 3
For experienced shadow practitioners who know the standing forms and are comfortable with the basic asana portions of the sequence. This practice serves to cultivate the personal practice and may include any ofthe 4 shadow forms.
Shadow 4
Freestyle. This class is for strong practitioners with at least a year of regular practice, familiarity with inversions, backbends, forward folds, and strong standings. Regularly includes balancings, backbendings, inversions, and a good half hour to forty minutes of pranayama.
