Moms & Babies Yoga
Come give yourself some time to be in your body and still be with your baby. Yoga poses, breathwork, stretching, and core strengthening are taught to reclaim your postpartum body, mind and spirit. This class also offers a community of other new mothers for support and information. All are welcome; experience with pre-natal yoga here or anywhere else is not a prerequisite for attendance. Come until your baby is crawling circles around you. Please bring bouncy chairs, blankets, toys, etc.
