Kundalini Yoga
is a dynamic practice that incorporates kriyas (practice sequences), mantra (chanting and sound), and pranayam (breathing). The teachings of Kundalini Yoga were introduced to the west through the wisdom and generosity of Yogi Bhajan, who came to the United States in 1967 to share the traditions and knowledge he had received in India. Through the proper practice of these teachings, one can develop a calm mind, a strong yet relaxed body, and the experience of linking the finite self with the infinite consciousness.
