| Himalayan Yoga Tradition An integrated class where the student will explore the practices of asana, pranayama, relaxation techniques, dharana and yoga philosophy concluding with a short meditation. One will be guided in the traditional style of Raja Yoga (Kingly-all encompassing), as practiced for millennia by Himalayan yogis in support of ones sadhana (spiritual disciplines).
