Bushido Yoga

A dynamic blend of traditional Hatha and Vinyasa asana sequences while introducing a touch of Budokon® yogic technology and animal kinesiology. This fun challenging class focuses on the subtle transitions between the asanas and emphasizes the crucial importance of focused breath. Each class we consciously flow, work on proper alignment, and periodically transition through contralateral movement to stimulate brain function. This class has been known to greatly improve strength, and flexibility, while helping alleviate emotional stress such as anxiety and depression. Each class begins and ends with silent breath and meditation.
