Anne Adams

Anne Adams has been practicing and studying Iyengar Yoga since 1989. She spent two years at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune, India, studying with the Iyengar family, followed by a 4 year teacher-training apprenticeship with Lois Steinberg in Urbana, Illinois. Anne has been teaching since 1998. She has worked closely with the therapeutic applications of Yoga, and respects the transformative power of the work.
